Questions dental & implants owners ask.

Will it answer insurance and pricing questions accurately?
Yes, within the bounds you set. We load your accepted PPO/HMO list, fee schedule for common procedures (cleaning, exam, implant consult, crown, etc.), financing options (CareCredit, in-house plans), and any new-patient specials. The AI quotes from that knowledge base. For anything outside those rules, it captures the question and routes it to your front desk.
Can it handle both new patient inquiries and existing patient calls?
Yes. New patients get the full intake: insurance, reason for visit, preferred dentist, scheduling. Existing patients (recognized by phone number where possible) can reschedule, ask about treatment plans, request prescription refills, or be transferred to the right person.
Does it know which dentists or specialists do which procedures?
Yes. During setup we map providers → procedures → calendar availability. So if a caller asks about implants and only Dr. Patel does them, the AI books them with Dr. Patel. If you have hygiene-only days, those get used for cleanings.
How is patient information handled?
The AI is set up to handle general inquiries and booking. It doesn't read back sensitive medical history to callers and routes anything that requires patient health information to your front desk. We don't currently operate a HIPAA-compliant tier or sign BAAs, but if your practice needs that level of compliance we can scope it during onboarding.
Can it work with our practice management system?
Bookings land in your CRM (GoHighLevel). Connecting that to a specific practice management system isn't included by default, but if you need it we'll look at what's possible for your setup during onboarding.
Will it follow up on consultations and treatment plans?
Yes. Automatic email sequences fire after the call. Consultation confirmations, appointment reminders, treatment plan follow-ups ("still thinking about that implant?"), and Google review requests after completed visits.
